◆Solution
The material transportation and heating furnace feeding and control robot is a device that automatically transports materials through AGV for the components of the rotating traveling wave tube assembly machine, the whole tube automatic integration machine, and the electron gun automatic machine, and sends the semi-finished products it outputs to the next process equipment.
The heating furnace feeding robot is a component that delivers AGV to the edge of the heating furnace, grabs and places it in the center of the heating furnace tray, controls the opening and closing of the furnace door, selects the heating curve, and controls the industrial furnace industrial computer to start heating up.

The equipment includes AGV1 operating in the purification area, AGV2 in the ordinary clean area, transfer platform, component feeding tray, vacuum furnace automatic feeding manipulator, dual position hydrogen furnace automatic feeding manipulator, main control computer and software control system.
