The contradiction between efficiency and safety

Traditional manual handling involves high labor intensity, and lithium batteries pose risks of handling flammable and explosive materials. The manual work intensity is high, the efficiency is low, the recruitment is difficult, and the labor cost is high.

Insufficient physical protection

Lithium batteries are sensitive to vibration and impact, and traditional forklift operations can easily generate 0.5-1.2G of instantaneous vibration, which may cause displacement of the internal diaphragm of the battery cell.

Poor adaptability

Traditional handling equipment is struggling to meet the demands of multi specification production. There are differences in size, weight, and other aspects among products of different specifications, and traditional equipment is difficult to quickly and accurately adapt to these changes, making it impossible to achieve efficient mixed production.  ‌

Weak chemical stability

In the traditional handling mode, forklift operation has the problem of low positioning accuracy, making it difficult to accurately place products in designated positions. This not only increases handling time, but also makes it easy for products to be damaged due to collisions during the placement process. ‌
