RCS Function Introduction

The main system is for AGV vehicle scheduling. RCS needs to split, plan, allocate vehicles, and issue tasks based on task orders submitted by the upper level system, and handle scenario interaction and traffic management issues that arise during task execution.

Receiving AGV task instructions from upper level systems such as MES and WMS, RCS is the brain and hub of the AGV system, responsible for real-time intelligent scheduling and full process control of AGVs, and is the core technology for achieving AGV automation.

lTask management: Decompose, optimize, and distribute tasks to specific AGVs

lMonitoring and Coordination: Real time monitoring of AGV operation status and dynamic adjustment, coordinating the behavior between AGVs to avoid collisions or interference

lData management: Record and store the operational data of AGV, such as position, speed, power consumption, etc. Analyze and model the data to provide a basis for decision-making

lException handling: detect and diagnose faults and abnormal situations in the AGV system, take emergency measures, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system

lInterface management: Manage system interfaces such as WMS, MES, WCS, etc
